Paras’ journey began in the fast-paced startup scene of Bangalore—a world that pushed him to achieve more, faster. But somewhere along the way, he realized the beauty of slowing down. That turning point led him to Goa, where he built Swakaash, India’s first slow-living movement, helping people pause, reconnect, and live more mindfully.

Through retreats, coaching, and meaningful conversations, Paras brings humans together to breathe, reset, and rediscover what truly matters. Having worked with global brands like Microsoft and Facebook, he continues to nurture spaces rooted in empathy, growth, and gratitude.

His advice for community builders: “Interact more with your members. Pick one member each day and have a real conversation. Once trust builds, engagement naturally follows.”
